About Competition
CodeBattle is a series of programming competitions designed for children and teenagers. The Iranian programming community (Coder) is the first platform for hosting online programming competitions in Iran and has held over 1,000 competitions in the country. Now, with CodeBattle, they aim to create the most prestigious and largest programming competitions for students! The second CodeBattle will be held for all students across the country for free on May 2, 2024. In this competition, you will compete using a block-based language (like Scratch) against others and try your luck to win exciting prizes! Here, you can compete at any level and ability, win prizes, get familiar with computational thinking skills, and challenge your creativity. In the first CodeBattle, 4,382 participants from 392 cities in Iran joined, and 98 students collectively won over 90 million tomans in prizes! Remember, you do not need to know programming in advance, and if you haven't done any programming before, don't worry—because before the competition, you can learn what you need on the playground!
Juniora
Juniora is one of the subsidiaries of the Kourea company. Kourea School was one of the products of Kourea that brought an extraordinary and satisfying experience for us, as well as for parents and students. However, the need for teaching computational thinking among children and adolescents and the importance of this thinking skill motivated us to focus on teaching computational thinking skills and step into the field of teaching programming to children and teenagers.
Student courses on Juniora were first launched in May 2019 and later continued with the organization of boot camps under the title "CodeUp." Based on our research and experiences, as well as the positive feedback from parents and students, we decided to eventually offer educational pathways under the name Juniora in 2023, providing more rich and targeted educational services for children and adolescents in our country continuously.
Not only the trainers and experts at Juniora, but also prominent specialists and researchers around the world believe that teaching programming is not only essential for staying updated and advancing technology, but also, due to the computational thinking skills and analytical and creative power it imparts to our children, is considered an undeniable skill.
At Juniora, we offer products that allow every student, anywhere in the country, the opportunity to learn computer science and computational thinking—not just coding—in order to build a better life and future.
Currently, all children and teenagers aged 9 to 16 can enter the endless world of Juniora's programming education paths through play and fun.
